The purpose of the Registration Form is to insure that every prospective resident is aware of our community goals before coming here. To insure that everyone understands their responsibilities as set forth in the association governing documents and rules and regulations.

The Registration Form is not a substitute for the owner/landlord's independent responsibility to provide them with a full set of rules and regulations as set forth in the governing documents. By signing this form, the owner or his agent acknowledge that the registrant has received and read the rules and regulations and agrees to be bound by them and to cause all guests and invitees of the registrant to equally adhere to the rules and regulations. Additionally, each owner or his agent is required to keep posted in plain view within the unit a summary of operating procedures (Operations Notice). The Operations Notice provides the owner or his agent's name and phone number and who is to be contacted in an emergency. Please note that in case of problems with the condition or operation of the leased unit the owner or his agent is to be notified.
